Spicy Ginger Sauce

Out of stock

Description: The goal here was to create a signature sweet, spicy, and savory ginger sauce, that has major umami bombs from soy sauce and tomato. They don't add any more ingredients than they have to so that you can feel good about what you're eating. Warning: Not your classic General Tso's sauce.

Description - light and smooth consistency, textured with some chili and tomatoes to add some body. Sweet, spicy, and savory... a perfect combo.

Taste - garlic and onion flavors balanced with sweet agave nectar and ginger

How to use - poured over your cooked meal or as a dipping sauce, stir fry sauce, marinade, or dressing

What to use it on - shrimp, pork, hot dogs, burgers, salmon, or salads

Tip - add lime juice, honey, or our WUJU Soy Sauce!

Ingredients: Agave Nectar, Water, Gluten-Free Soy Sauce (water, soybeans, salt and alcohol) Tomato Paste, Vinegar, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Chili Pepper.

Wuju Foods

Their family arrived to the U.S. in the 1970\'s and opened up their first Chinese restaurant. It became a way for their parents, Eddie and Jenny Wu, to connect with the American community and start a family. They expanded their Chinese food to Japanese and Taiwanese cuisine across New Jersey, building their menu around locals. The classic Asian restaurant fare isn\'t traditional, but it is 100% authentic Asian American. When Eddie and Jenny\'s son had to take over the family restaurants, he found a burning desire to make an impact in a more significant, scalable way. While Asian restaurants paved the way for Asian cuisine in food service, WUJU\'s goal is to become a platform for packaged Asian foods to achieve the same elevation and accessibility.
