Description: This sausage is a package of loose, ground maple turkey sausage. This sausage is made from turkey which is lower in fat and has a touch of sweetness from maple syrup.

Ingredients: turkey, maple syrup, water, salt, spices, sugar. 

Storage: Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw overnight in the fridge.

Griggstown Farm is a preserved farm in Somerset County, New Jersey. Nearly 40 years ago, George and Joan Rude, started the farm. They take great pride in the fact that they do it all right here on the premises. Their poultry is grown naturally and processed in their own USDA processing plant. Some of the produce grown on the farm are used in their prepared foods made in their USDA kitchen. This is what makes Griggstown Farm distinctive. The uniqueness of what they do enables them to provide you, our customer, with superior quality poultry, pies, and prepared foods.
