Description: This Porcini Risotto is an elegant blend of exceptional Arborio rice and premium porcini mushrooms with herbs, spices and aromatics. Woodland Foods designed this complete blend as a quick way to create a classic, rustic risotto flavored with real porcini mushrooms.

Recipe: This risotto makes an amazing and healthy dinner. Woodland Foods has cooking instructions here. You can just skip down to adding the risotto mix to your cooking broth.

Ingredients: Arborio rice, dried mushrooms, contains 2% or less garlic, canola oil, shallots, salt, spices, chives.
