Roasted to a smooth medium profile, the cup opens with sweet cream and toasted almond before settling into deep notes of chocolate fudge. The washed process brings clarity and structure, allowing its natural sweetness to shine through with a clean, rounded finish.
Approachable yet layered, Friends of Tolima is comforting without being simple, providing a dependable, everyday coffee with depth. Whether brewed as drip, pour-over, or espresso, it delivers a creamy sweetness and chocolate-forward character that lingers long after the last sip.

Raker Roasting & Trading Company (Raker!), formerly Moonraker Coffee Roasters, was born from a shared love of exceptional coffee. In 2020, three friends from Philadelphia (Eddie Quinn, Liam Woods, and Dan Beebie) set out to build a roasting company that focused on building relationships at origin that helped make great coffee both approachable & sustainable. From humble roots and a DIY tenacity, Raker graduated from pickup trucks, storage lockers, and basements to a full-fledged roastery focused on farms with regenerative approaches to their cultivation in the coffee belt. Our Director of Coffee, Chris Woods, roasts daily from our location in Kensington at 2100 E Willard St, Phila, PA +34.
