Fields Without Fences Elderberry Elixir is made with organically grown berries, hand-harvested at peak ripeness for optimal freshness. They grow their berries on their certified organic farm in Frenchtown, NJ utilizing regenerative techniques found in permaculture, ecological restoration, and agroforestry. They source additional berries from other farms in our grower cooperative, paying a fair price to fellow organic growers in the USA who are farming for a healthy planet. Alcohol-free, their Elderberry Elixir is a kid friendly elderberry syrup with a delightful taste!

SUPPORTING REGENERATIVE AGRICULTURE

Regenerative agriculture is a set of practices that restore soil, increase biodiversity, regulate the water cycle, and improve the quality of our shared environment through farming. We source our berries from our farm in Frenchtown, NJ, where we have worked for over ten years on improving soil quality, providing habitat to wildlife, planting trees, and restoring our local ecosystem. Beyond our fields, we source additional berries from other US-based regenerative farmers in our cooperative. When you purchase our Elderberry Elixir, you are supporting farmers working to improve the health and integrity of our shared environment.

ECO PACKAGING

Doing our best when it comes to the environment begins with how we grow our berries, and extends all the way to how our products are bottled and packaged. We use glass and aluminum recyclable packaging, and our labels are made with 100% post-consumer fiber and printed with water-based inks.
