Raspberries nature's candy. They have a sweet, tart flavor making them delicious, plus they are high in vitamin C, vitamin K and rich in antioxidants. Recipe: Fresh raspberries are great mixed in to your morning cereal or with Pequea Valley Yogurt. They also work as a natural sweetener for this raspberry vinaigrette which would add a nice zip to fresh arugula or spring mix.

Place berries loosely in a shallow container, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Do not wash until ready to eat as excess moisture will hasten the decay.
