Producer description

L'Atelier is a French bakery and culinary studio in Manayunk, founded by Julie Brami. After 15 years in the corporate world, Julie trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and opened L'Atelier in November 2025 to bring traditional French breads and pastries to Philadelphia.

She has been joined from the very beginning by her sous chef, Sarah Allen, who brings the same care and craft to everything that comes out of the studio. Alongside its canelés, croissants and naturally leavened breads, L'Atelier offers hands-on baking classes, with a mission to create community through culinary education and cultural exchange.
