This fun product, which silhouettes the shape of a turkey, is not only delicious, but creates an amusing yet
elegant centerpiece for any holiday table. As each holiday season passes, Fresh Tofu Inc.’s Tofu Turkeys
gain more and more recognition and the demand increases steadily.
In 1990, the Tofu Turkey was born. For 20 years of Thanksgiving
dinners as a vegetarian, I attended my family gatherings always feeling
a little left out and a little unsatisfied. My meal consisted of wonderful
vegetable side dishes, and although they were lovingly prepared and
quite delicious, my feast needed a focus, a centerpiece.
The first Tofu Turkey was created to fill that void. It was a whopping 8
pounds and measured 14 inches across! Not only was it delicious, but it
sure got a lot of attention. Everyone wanted to try it, vegetarian or not,
and the reaction was incredible.
1992 saw the first production run of Fresh Tofu Inc.’s Tofu Turkeys.
Every year since, the numbers have increased, and the attention from
vegetarian groups and from the press has increased the demand.
Our Tofu Turkeys are always vacuum-packed FRESH, never frozen.

same lovin’ feeling as the first Tofu Turkey I made for myself.
Fresh Tofu Inc. of Allentown Pennsylvania, has been supplying the east coast with organic tofu and other fine soyfood products since 1984. The Allentown plant is under the Kosher supervision of Rabbi Yehuda Kelemer of Young Israel of West Hempstead. All of their products are vegan. No preservatives are ever used in the processing and the highest quality ingredients are always used.

Organic Wheat Free Tamari Soy Sauce (water, organic soybeans, salt, organic alcohol),
Organic Garlic, Organic Ginger.
SAVORY HERB GRAVY MIX: Organic Brown Rice Flour, Dehydrated Wheat Free Organic Tamari
Soy Sauce (organic tamari soy sauce [organic soybeans, salt], organic maltodextrin, salt),
Nutritional Yeast, Organic Thyme, Organic Rosemary, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Garlic.
Refrigerate and use by best by date on the package or freeze for a longer life.
