These softball-sized heads are great for a colorful batch of coleslaw or sauerkraut. The flavor is a little deeper and earthier. We love the color and crunch it adds in salad mixes.

Cabbage will last 12-14 days. Refrigerate in a plastic bag. Do not wash until ready to use as excess water hastens decay.
