A family owned business, we started growing lettuce in 2005, and have over 14000 sq ft of lettuce production. We harvest the rainwater from the greenhouse roofs to grow the lettuce with, allowing us to grow using 80% less water than field production. Our facility is heated with waste wood, a renewable resource. Our greenhouses are screened with insect screening to keep out pests and ensure crop quality.
