Producer description

A.T. Buzby Farm is a family farm in rural Salem County, New Jersey. Andrew and Dawn Buzby established the farm in 1981 as a labor of love. This love continues today and has spread to other friends and family who now help on the farm. They're dedicated to producing safe, healthy food in a way that is sustainable environmentally, financially, and socially.

You can store winter squash in a cool, dark spot. Ideally, 50-55 degrees is the temp to shoot for and they'll keep for weeks!
