Cinnamon Rolls

Description: Six raw, ready to proof and bake cinnamon rolls with a container of Barry's Buns signature cream cheese icing. The cinnamon rolls are a sweet yeasted dough rolled with brown sugar and cinnamon filling. Their cream cheese icing is a wonderfully creamy frosting made up of butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla whipped to perfection. Not too sweet but packed with flavor.  

Ingredients: flour, sugar, milk, eggs, yeast, salt, butter, light brown sugar, ground cinnamon, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean. Processed in the same facility as tree nuts and nuts.

Baking Instructions: KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO BAKE.
Remove plastic lid and cream cheese icing.  Heat oven to lowest setting possible (no higher than 175 degrees).  Place foil pan with cinnamon rolls in oven for 30-45 minutes until doubled in size.  Remove from oven and pre-heat to 375 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes turning the foil pan at the half way point.  Remove from oven and ice with cream cheese icing while still hot. 

Serving: Must stay frozen until ready to bake.

Barry's Buns is a made from scratch bakery that specializes in gourmet sticky buns and cinnamon rolls but they are more than just buns, as they offer a variety of tasty baked goods. There is nothing fake in these buns (or any of their tasty baked goods) since they are au-natural! They do not use any artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.    Barry’s Buns is owned and operated by Joel Singer. Joel is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a degree in baking and pastry arts and was most recently the Regional Bakery Associate Coordinator of Whole Foods Market for the Mid-Atlantic Region. His career in pastry began at the Pennsylvania Convention Center and prior to working at Whole Foods Market, Joel was the Assistant Pastry Chef at The Rittenhouse hotel.
