The Elba potato is a classic, pale and simple variety. Small and round. A great all-purpose potato with plenty of flavor and uses- baked, mashed, souped and stewed!

Description: The pale, gold potatoes have a slightly waxy texture suitable for roasting, boiling, baking and salads and so much more. Similar to a kennebec potato, but much improved.

Storage: Store in cool (50 degrees), dark place. Can last up to 2-3 months in the proper storage conditions.
