Ingredients: sprouted organic whole grain wheat, and sea salt.

Pretzel Flat Bread Crisps: CCBG begins with their sprouted organic wheat, roll it very thin then mist it with a solution containing water and baking soda. They then toss on pretzel salt and bake for a unique and deliciously authentic pretzel snack treat.
Ingredients: sprouted organic whole grain wheat and pretzel salt.

Dark Chocolate Pretzel Crisps: Their popular pretzel crisps, now covered in dark chocolate! All of their pretzel crisps are made with sprouted organic wheat, rolled very thin, and misted with a solution containing water and baking soda. We then toss on pretzel salt and bake for a unique and deliciously authentic pretzel snack treat.
Ingredients: sprouted organic whole grain wheat, pretzel salt, baking soda, unsweetened chocolate cocoa butter and cane sugar.

Rye Caraway Flat Bread Crisps: Made with a 50/50 blend of sprouted organic rye and sprouted organic wheat. Topped with caraway seeds and a smattering of course sea salt.
Ingredients: sprouted organic wheat berries, sprouted organic rye berries, caraway seeds, molasses and sea salt. 

Sesame Cumin Flat Bread Crisps: Sesame & Cumin – two great flavors that make one awesome cracker style flat bread. CCBG's Sesame-Cumin flat bread is hand rolled, perfectly seasoned then lightly baked to a crisp perfection. They use only 100% sprouted organic whole grain wheat, topped with cumin seed, sesame seed, flax seed and just a hint of sea salt. This treat goes great with hummus, salsa or on their own right out of the container.
Ingredients: sprouted organic whole grain wheat, cumin seed, sesame seed, flax seed and sea salt. 

Rosemary Crisps: When CCBG was invited to sell their products at the local farm market, they decided that they needed a cracker that was uniquely aromatic. A crisp that when you opened the container, the smell of fresh cut rosemary would entice folks to line up to buy this cracker.
Ingredients: sprouted organic wheat, rosemary and sea salt.

Cinnamon Toast: CCBG takes their sprouted organic wheat mash, roll it very thin then mist with pure ground cinnamon and topped with a light sprinkle of non-GMO cane sugar, then bake it to a crisp, sweet chip that is hard to resist.
Ingredients: sprouted organic whole grain wheat, cane sugar, ground cinnamon, sea salt and absolutely nothing else.

Garlic Pepper: 
Ingredients: Sprouted organic wheat, roasted California garlic, cracked black pepper and sea salt.

Hearty Spelt: CCBG sources their Organic Spelt from Joel and Elaine Steigman of Small Valley Milling. They got to know the Steigmans at various PASA field day events. When the Steigman's starter ordering their pita bread, they decided it was time to start working with their amazing array of organic and ancient grains. It offers a naturally delicious flavor that is virtually unique in the marketplace.
